North Lawndale Industrial Development Team
NLIDT is a collaboration between three community-based organizations – The North Lawndale Employment Network, Agency Metropolitan Program Services, Inc., and the Lawndale Business and Local Development Corporation – and the Steans Family Foundation. NLIDT was created to ensure that the economic environment in North Lawndale fosters business growth and prosperity.

Center for Labor and Community Research
CLCR is a consulting and research organization that specializes in new approaches to community development, having a particular expertise in manufacturing and creating effective partnerships between labor, community, and business. CLCR is working in partnership with LBLDC to develop and manage the West Side Incubator.

Chicago Community Ventures
Chicago Community Ventures is a not-for-profit development organization launched four years ago to serve urban empowerment zones. CCV is working in partnership with LBLDC to develop and manage the West Side Incubator.
